Success through innovative ideas

 

1988:  The company is founded by Günter Reisinger. (4years of training at the School of Food Technology in Wels, Austria)
2000:   New production and administration building in Rottenbach (Upper Austria).
2005:  Development of the PIZZA & BAGUETTE oven
2007:  Start of the partnership with the supermarket chain Spar Austria.
2010:  With 150 employees (including more than 40 reps out in the field), PIZZA & BAGUETTE now supplies a total of 14 countries.
2011:  Newly acquired markets, such as Luxembourg and Belgium, confirm our success story and reaffirm our plans to expand throughout the EU in the future.
2013:  The design and technology of the PIZZA & BAGUETTE oven are revised.
2014:  Sponsorship partner of the SV Ried football club
 

 New addition to the PIZZA & BAGUETTE team: TV chef Mike Süsser endorses us and acts as our culinary consultant for product developmnt and refinement.

Our approach

 

We develop raw dough-based recipes for frozen products that can compete with fresh produts in terms of quality. The difference: we freeze them to extend their shelf life.

 

At the same time, we can always depend on our reliable partner Gourmet to come up with innovative ideas. Our shared principles and goals are the basis for the mutual development of both companies.
