Regional raw materials. Handwork. Environmental awareness. These are just a few of the big buzz words for our production operation with over 70 employees. On our pizza street, regional raw materials such as flour, tomato sauce, sausage & cheese are hand-picked on our pizzas, ciabbatas, baguettes and many more.

 

Starting with making the dough. With great care and years of experience here is portioned, and then kneaded! Our pizza dough has been further developed for 30 years. What would a pizza without the perfect dough?

 

In addition to state-of-the-art equipment, we attach great importance to our working environment. The satisfaction of our employees is in the foreground here. Because only together we can fulfill every wish of our customers.
