Alfons Schuhbeck, Born in 1949 in Traunstein/Upper Bavaria, he spent his apprenticeship and travelling years in Salzburg, Geneva, Paris, London and Munich. After the hotel management school in Bad Reichenhall, he worked at renowned addresses such as Feinkost Käfer, Alois Dallmayr and Eckart Witzigmann's Aubergine restaurant.
In 1980, he took over his parents' Kurhausstüberl in Waging am See and was awarded a Michelin star for his culinary art in 1983, which he has held ever since.
From now on, the master chef Schuhbeck buys our delicious lumberjack bread, raclette bread & the sweet tarte flambée from us. We are pleased that our products are now also finding favour in the upper class of the kitchen.
